Our Wraparound Childcare school provision comprises of our Breakfast Club and our Teatime Club.

Both clubs are managed by the school and run on a daily basis by dedicated staff members, giving the option of wraparound childcare from 07:30 to 18:00.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club runs from 07:30 until 08:30 each morning, term time only.  A variety of healthy nutritious food is provided, including bagels, crumpets, pancakes, waffles, cereals, porridge, fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurts and cheese. Each morning, the pupils will be able to participate in different activities, which will include physical activity, board and stacking games, drawing, junk modelling and reading.

The cost of the club will be £3.00 per session (£15.00 per week), payable online via Arbor. 

Teatime Club

Teatime Club starts at 15:15 on Mondays to Thursdays and starts at 14:30 on Fridays. The food we provide is not intended to substitute for a main evening meal. We provide healthy nutritious food, including fresh fruit and vegetables such as apples, bananas, cucumbers and carrots with options like strawberries when they are in season. Milk and water is always available to drink and sometimes children can also have hot chocolate and milkshakes too. We offer a light snack around 16:00, indoor and outdoor playtimes, games, craft, story time and lots more.

It finishes promptly at 18:00 every day. The cost of a session is £8.00 for Mondays to Thursdays and £8.50 per session on a Friday. 

On the advice of Kent Police, it is school policy that all children attending after-school clubs must be collected by an adult and not walk home unaccompanied.

How to Book a Place for either club

All bookings should be made via Arbor payments. Ideally, 24 hours’ notice should be given. However, subject to availability, we can accept bookings on the day in an emergency. Please contact Mrs Archer in the School Office if you require this.

You can book and pay for places per term, weekly or daily in advance up to the night before the day you require.  Alternatively, you can book on an ad-hoc basis but this will always be subject to places being available. We also accept payment via Tax-Free child care vouchers.

Any parents wishing to access our wraparound childcare provision must sign the 'Parent Agreement form' and complete a registration form.
